Buying JuanitaTortilla products is easy. All products are featured in my Etsy Shop.
There are 2 ways you can buy.

At Etsy

  • It requires a free membership. Yay if you already have one!
  • We both get to leave nice Feedbacks.
  • I bear 2 fees: PayPal and Etsy commission fees.

Buy direct from me

  • This is done easily by filling up the online form.
  • A PayPal generated invoice will be emailed to you.
  • I bear 1 fee: PayPal transaction fee.

Payments are made with PayPal. Major Credit Cards are accepted by PayPal.


Shipping

Like my gift to you, JuanitaTortilla products will be sent out with handmade boxes, or reusable / recycled packaging, whenever possible.

Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours, after receiving payment. Purchases made on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Swiss Public Holidays will be shipped on the following Monday or business day.

Orders will be shipped via Swiss Post PRIORITY Letter Mail, from Switzerland in Europe.

Within Europe: 3 to 7 business days
Outside Europe: 10 to 20 business days
