Shipping

● Like my gift to you, Juanita Tortilla products will be sent out with handmade boxes, or reusable / recycled packaging, whenever possible. 

● Shipping fees do not include packaging materials.

● Shipping Fees are determined by Swiss Post.

● Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours, after receiving payment. Purchases made on a Friday, weekend, and Swiss Public Holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Refunds and Exchanges

● I do my best to carefully wrap these precious handmade babies up, as I want them to arrive you safely.

● I am unable to provide refunds at the moment, sadly. I will be happy to work with you in resolving any problems. Please do contact me and request for Mail Registration, if you worry about losing mail.

● I do my best to declare all information in the CN22 form to prevent your package from being held up in customs. Buyers will be responsible for all custom fees or taxes, if any.
